TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Sacred Continuity, LLC (“I,” “me,” “my,” or “the Company”), owned and operated by Carre Tucker as a Medium and Intuitive Guide, when you use my website ([YourWebsite.com]), book a private session, or communicate with me in any way. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use my services.

1.3 No Guaranteed Outcomes Spiritual and intuitive work is inherently subjective. Sacred Continuity, LLC makes no promises, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any session. Results vary by individual.

1.4 Service Modifications Sacred Continuity, LLC reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service offering at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible, and the Company is not liable for any impact resulting from such changes.

2. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

2.1 Opt-In Consent By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in — through a website form, a verbal or written agreement, or by texting a keyword to our number — you consent to receive text messages from Sacred Continuity, LLC. These messages may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Rescheduling and cancellation notifications
Follow-up messages related to your session
Occasional promotional or inspirational content (only with your express consent)

Your consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of booking or purchasing any service.

2.2 Message Frequency & Rates Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for applicable charges.

2.3 Opt-Out You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation and will receive no further messages. To restart messages, reply START or contact us directly.

2.4 Help Reply HELP to any message or email Sacred Continuity, LLC at [your@email.com] for assistance.

2.5 Carrier Disclaimer Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s coverage and network conditions. Sacred Continuity, LLC is not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages due to carrier or technology issues.

2.6 No Sharing of SMS Data Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will never be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party for marketing purposes. This applies unconditionally, regardless of any future business change or partnership.

3. BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

3.1 Booking Confirmation An appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or deposit as specified) and a written or digital confirmation from Sacred Continuity, LLC. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to attend or connect at the scheduled time.

3.2 Cancellation Policy Sacred Continuity, LLC requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee, at my discretion. Please update this to reflect your actual policy.

3.3 No-Shows If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, the session may be forfeited and the full session fee charged. We understand that emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.

3.4 Our Right to Cancel Sacred Continuity, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, personal emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.

4. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

4.1 Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sacred Continuity, LLC accepts [list your accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal]. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

4.2 Refunds Due to the personal and time-intensive nature of spiritual sessions, all sales are generally final. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sacred Continuity, LLC. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to address your concerns.

4.3 Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Sacred Continuity, LLC in good faith may result in suspension of future services. We are committed to resolving any concerns directly and promptly.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & SESSION CONTENT

Sacred Continuity, LLC holds the content of private sessions in strict confidence. Session content will not be disclosed to any third party except:

As required by law or valid court order
When disclosure is reasonably necessary to prevent serious, imminent harm to you or another person
With your explicit prior written consent

Sessions are not recorded without your advance written consent. You agree not to record sessions without the advance written consent of Sacred Continuity, LLC.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content created and shared by Sacred Continuity, LLC — including written materials, guided meditations, audio recordings, video content, worksheets, and course materials (collectively, “Materials”) — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sacred Continuity, LLC. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Materials solely for your own private use in connection with your engagement of our services. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any Materials without prior written permission from Sacred Continuity, LLC
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Materials
Share session recordings, transcripts, or Materials with third parties
Use Materials for any commercial purpose

7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By booking and attending a session, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Engage respectfully — abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund
Take full personal responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on session content
Acknowledge that spiritual guidance is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice
Be 18 years of age or older (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent)

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE OF SACRED CONTINUITY, LLC ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SACRED CONTINUITY, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION OR GUIDANCE PROVIDED. SPIRITUAL AND INTUITIVE GUIDANCE IS SUBJECTIVE AND OUTCOMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SACRED CONTINUITY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE. SACRED CONTINUITY, LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SESSION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sacred Continuity, LLC, Carre Tucker, and any associated agents or contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third party’s rights.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Good-Faith Resolution First Sacred Continuity, LLC genuinely wants to resolve any concerns you have. Before pursuing any formal action, please contact us in writing at the information in Section 14. We will respond within 14 days and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter.

11.2 Binding Arbitration If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in [Your State].
